Adding a Homeowner as an Admin (New Install):
If you're a contractor and want to add a homeowner as an Admin, follow these steps:

Go to Settings > Location Details > [Location Name] > Shared Access

Tap the “+” button and enter the homeowner’s email

The homeowner will need to:

Download the MyWAC app

Create an account using the email you entered

Sign in to accept the Admin invitation

If the homeowner already has a MyWAC account, they may need to sign out and back in to see the invitation.
Adding a Homeowner as the Owner (New Install):
If you're transferring ownership to a homeowner, follow these steps:

Go to Settings > Location Details > [Location Name] > Transfer Ownership

Enter the homeowner’s email

Use the “Retain Admin Access” toggle to decide if you want to keep access as an Admin. Enabling it means you will stay on the account, while disabling it removes you entirely from the location.
