My Smart Devices will not Connect to the Cloud

To ensure optimal performance across all of our smart products, certain home network settings must be configured correctly. These devices rely on a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection and may require specific ports and communication protocols to remain open. Network features such as firewalls, dual-band routers, or device isolation can impact functionality if not properly configured.

Recommended Network Settings:

Outbound Communications Ports LAN to Internet: 
Cloud Communication: TCP/ 8883 and TCP/443 
Internet Time Service: UDP/123
  

LAN Configuration Settings: 
Multicast: Enabled 
IGMP/mDNS snooping: Enabled 
mDNS: Enabled 
Client Isolation: Disabled
