How do I remove or disconnect a Remote or Wall Control from my Smart Fan?

When you have multiple remote or wall controls connected to a single fan and want to unpair or remove a connected controller, please review the steps below.

NOTE: Un-pairing must be completed within 3 minutes of turning the power on to the fan receiver.

Shut off power to the fan or to the circuit for 10-15 seconds and then turn the power back on. 

1. After you power cycle the fan or fans you want to un-pair controllers from, press and hold the highlighted ​buttons for 6 seconds.
2. The LED will alternate red/green, blink green, and the receiver will beep to indicate that un-pairing was successful.
