How do I update the Firmware on my DMX Controller?

May 2024 Firmware: 

• IOTM Firmware: 1.00.0177
• SCM - 1.18

Firmware Update Instructions: 

NOTE: The Controller must first be paired to a network. 

1. Select the  from the home screen.
2. Select Settings
3. Select Location Details
4. Select [Location], IE: "Home"
5. Select Devices
6. Select [WAC_CTR_XXXXXX] Controller ID
7. Select Advanced
   
   
8. Choose Update IOTM and then click YES when the pop-up prompt appears.
    NOTE: This update may take 1-2 mins to complete. 
9. Chose Update SCM and then click YES when the pop-up prompt appears.
   NOTE: This update may take 1-2 mins to complete. 
10. Select Device Settings and then CPU List to return to the list of devices
11. Repeat this update all devices.
