You can now easily transfer location access to another use while retaining admin access. Enjoy more flexibility and control in your app experience.
- From the home screen, select the
from the home screen.
- Select Settings
- Select Location Details
- Select [Location]
- Select Transfer Ownership
- Enter and confirm the email address of the new device owner and select Transfer
*Determine if Admin Access would like to be retained on current account. - Login to the user account that will location/devices will be transferred to.
*An invitation will be sent to the user and the user will need to log into their account to accept. - Accept the Location sharing request invitation that appears after logging into the account.
*If the notification does not appear, try restarting the MyWAC App or logging out and back into your account. -
. The location that was transferred will now be available in the Locations list of the home page.
- Select the new Location and all devices associated with the location will load.
