If your fixture isn’t showing up in the app or appears unresponsive, try using the discovery process:

Press and release the ‘Zone 1’ button.

Press and hold the “Presets” button for 6 seconds until the system beeps and the ‘Zone 1’ indicator starts blinking.

The system will begin discovering connected fixtures. During this process, fixtures may flash several times.

When discovery is complete, the ‘Zone 1’ indicator will flash three long times and then remain solid green.
This should help your fixture appear properly in the app. If issues persist, check the fixture’s power connection and ensure it’s within range of the transformer.
