How to Add WAC Home Fixtures

Once your WAC Home Mesh Gateway is set up and connected, the app will prompt you to begin adding devices. You can now discover and provision your WAC Home fixtures.

Steps to Add Fixtures

1. Tap “+” in the app.

2. Select WAC Home.

3. Choose WAC Home Fixtures.

4. Select the Gateway you want to add devices to.

5. Choose one of the following options:

   • WAC-Mesh ADD – Automatically provisions and configures fixtures wired through a WAC Mesh Wall Station. 

   • Manual Fixture Provision – For fixtures not wired to a WAC Mesh Wall Station.

WAC-Mesh ADD: 

1. Select “WAC-Mesh ADD” (if applicable).

2. Tap “Continue.”

3. Complete the WAC-Mesh ADD fields and tap “Continue.”
   (This information is used to create WAC Home presets for the room’s Wall Station.)
    

   

4. Press and hold Buttons 1 & 3 on the WAC Home Wall Station until the fixtures begin to power cycle.

5. Tap “Continue” once the fixtures will begin ramping on and off.  (pairing mode).

6. Tap “Continue” when the Fixtures Discovered count matches the total devices in the room.
   (The fixture count includes all lighting and Wall Stations in the space.)

7. Select “Done” once the progress window completes.

Manual Fixture Provision

1. Select Device Type you want to add

2. Complete the Add Fixture fields and tap “Continue.”
   (This information is used to create Groups within the app once pairing is complete)

3. Power Cycle the fixture five times; 4 seconds on, 4 seconds off. The fixtures will begin ramping on and off. 

4. Check the "All fixtures are in indicator state" and select "Continue" 
    

   

5. Tap “Continue” when the Fixtures Discovered count matches the total devices in the room.
   (The fixture count includes all lighting and Wall Stations in the space.)

6. Select “Done” once the progress window completes.

Need to Add another Room or Fixture?

• Repeat steps above for all rooms containing WAC Home products.

Trouble Discovering Devices?

• Repeat the steps above.

• If the issue persists, contact WAC Home Support at 1.800.526.2588 (Option 2) and select the WAC Home prompt.
