Can I adjust dimming settings for my CPU?

If you experience narrow dimming range or early shutoff from your dimmer, the VENTRIX System is able to be tuned for better performance. 

To do this, we recommend leaving your dimmer at its default configuration and follow the steps below in the VENTRIX App, under Controls Configuration for Built in 0-10V or 3x 0-10V under Expansion Slot –

• Set Dimmer off Level:  Bring the dimmer slider or button press to its minimum value (all the way down), then select “Set Minimum on Level”.
• Set Minimum on Level: Bring the dimmer slider or button press down to the lowest VENTRIX fixture perceived light level, just before it turns OFF. This is should at some level ABOVE the minimum value.
• Set Maximum on Level:  Bring the dimmer slider or button press to its maximum value, then select “Set Maximum on Level”.

Once this is completed, the VENTRIX system will be tuned for use with the dimmer applied.
