How do I control my WAC Smart Fan with Google Assistant?

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Download the Google Home app (iOS or Android) and verify that your Google Assistant-enabled device is set up and ready for use.
2. Verify that your WAC Smart Fans and lights are receiving power.
3. Open the Google Home app.
4. Select the Home you are using, and then tap Add> Set up device > Works with Google.
5. Search for and select “WAC Smart Fan”
6. Sign into your WAC Smart Fan account and authorize Google to use it. Wait for Google Assistant to sync with your WAC Smart Fan account.
   NOTE: You must use the same email account and password used in the WAC Smart Fan app for Google Assistant to sync with your WAC products.
   
   
7. Select WAC Smart Fan products to add to new or existing Google Rooms (recommended), and then close the Rooms screen.
8. You can now control your WAC Smart Fan fans and lights using Google Assistant voice commands or the controls in the Google Home app.

 THINGS TO TRY

For fans:

• “OK Google, turn on my Living Room fan.”
• “OK Google, turn off my Living Room fan.”
• “OK Google, set my Living Room fan to level 6.”

For lights:

• “OK Google, turn on my Living Room light.”
• “OK Google, turn off my Living Room light.”
• “OK Google, set my Living Room light to 80%.”
• “OK Google, brighten my Living Room light.”
• “OK Google, dim my Living Room light.”

THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

1. Connect your WAC Smart Fan to Google Assistant.
2. In the Google Home app, go to your Account page, and then tap Settings> Assistant > Home control > ROOMS.
3. Tap + to add a room and select the products you want to include in it.
4. Save your room.
5. Use Google Assistant voice commands to control your devices and rooms.
