Alexa isn't discovering my WAC Smart Fans. What do I do?

To ensure Alexa successfully recognizes your WAC Smart Fan devices, follow these instructions:

1. Before starting, make sure your WAC Smart Fan devices are configured and linked to your WAC Smart Fan account. This connection is necessary for Alexa to detect them.
2. Open the Alexa App, select the 'Devices' section, and then choose 'All Devices'. You may find some Smart Fan devices have already been identified. Use voice commands to confirm they are properly linked and functioning.
3. In the Alexa app, navigate to the 'Skills and Games' section and deactivate the WAC Smart Home Skill. After doing this, exit the app. Then, reopen the app, go back to the WAC Smart Home skill, and re-enable it, which will trigger a new search for your devices.
4. During the activation of the WAC Smart Home skill within the Alexa app, it is crucial to connect the skill to your WAC Smart Fan account. Use the same email address and password as you do for the WAC Smart Fan app for this linkage.

Note: In case Alexa does not locate any new devices in its discovery attempt, stop the discovery process. Subsequently, revisit your list of devices and manually search for the device using the name you assigned it in the WAC Smart Fan app.
