What’s Happening?
If you can’t find your fan in the Wi-Fi list during setup, it means the fan isn’t currently broadcasting its setup network.
Why This Happens
The fan must send out its own temporary Wi-Fi signal during setup. If it’s been powered on for a while or setup was interrupted, that signal may stop broadcasting.
Steps to Resolve
1. Power Cycle the Fan
- Turn the fan off at the wall switch or breaker
- Wait about 10–15 seconds
- Turn the fan back on
2. Check for the Fan Network
- Open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings
- Look for the fan’s network name again
- Try setup in the app if it appears
3. Perform a Factory Reset (If Needed)
- If the network still doesn’t show up, reset the fan
- A factory reset will restart the fan’s setup mode and make the network visible again
(Refer to your fan’s manual for reset instructions)
Helpful Tip
Stay close to the fan during setup to ensure your phone can detect the signal.
