What’s Happening?
If your fan is working but the light will not turn on, there may be a connection issue or a problem with the LED module.
Why This Happens
The light relies on proper wiring between the fan’s receiver and the LED module. If a connection is loose or the module has failed, the light will not operate.
Steps to Resolve
1. Check Wire Connections
- Ensure the fan is powered off
- Inspect the wiring between the receiver and the LED module (Blue & White) in the canopy
- Inspect the wiring between the Motor and the LED module (Blue & White).
- Confirm all connections are secure and fully seated
2. Test the Light Again
- Restore power to the fan
- Try turning on the light using the remote or app
Helpful Tip
Loose connections are a common cause—double-check that all plugs are firmly connected before moving to replacement.
Still Not Working?
- If wiring is secure and the light still does not turn on, the LED module may need replacement.
- If the issue continues after replacing the LED module, a receiver replacement may need replacement.
- Contact support for additional help
Quick Summary
Check the wiring first. If everything is properly connected and the light still won’t turn on, the LED module—and possibly the receiver—may need replacement.
